OMNI ブレスレット II

天然石、金属、レザーなど、異素材を組み合わせるシリーズOMNIに新しいブレスレットが登場です。
編んだレザーをベースにシルバーチェーンと淡水パールを重ねたデザインになります。留め具にはこのシリーズのシンボルでもある、真鍮の鍵のパーツを使っています。

シルバーチェーンにはロジウムめっきを施してあるので変色の心配はありません。

ロックっぽくもありつつ、でも淡水パールが女性らしさを演出します。

New bracelet from OMNI series! 

The concept of OMNI is to make a piece with varied materials such as; natural stones + metal + leather.

This bracelet is made of braided leather, silver chains, fresh water pearls and brass made key head for the catch part (this piece is typical of OMNI series).

The silver chains are plated with rhodium, so no need to worry about the change of the color.

This piece is rocky but not too much, as the pearl adds a touch of elegance to it.

Nueva pulsera de la serie OMNI.

El concept de OMNI es, realizar una pieza con los materiales variados como; piedras naturales + metal + cuero.

Esta pulsera está hecho con cuero trenzado, cadenas de plata, perlas de agua dulce y una pieza de latón para el cierre, (era una parte de la llave antigua ha hecho algo simbólico para está serie).

Las cadenas de plata están bañadas en rodio, así que al principio no tienen que preocupar por el cambio del color.

Es una pieza "roquera" pero no demasiado, la perla le da un toque de elegancia a ella.

 OMNI Necklace/Bracelet

友人のMCちゃんからリメイクの依頼を受けました。

オリジナルは翡翠のプラチナリング。クラシカルで繊細なデザインです。

こちらをもう「少しつけやすいデザインに」ということで承りました。

とはいえ、翡翠はともすれば渋いイメージになってしまう石。

なかなか「つけやすいデザイン」が思い浮かばず・・・。

色々考えた結果、MCちゃんが以前にOMNIネックレス／ブレスレット（下の写真）を買って愛用してくれていることを思い出し、これに合うデザインにすることにしました。

このような経緯でチェーンリングが誕生！OMNIネックレスと同種類のチェーンを使用してアンサンブルっぽくしてみました。

つけるときにチェーン同士が絡まないようにする必要がありますが、一度指にはめてしまうと意外とフィット感があるようです。

このデザイン、なかなか気に入ったので別の石でもやってみようと思っています。

   This ring was made for my friend MC, she brought me an antique, platinum ring with jade. She told me that the ring has been left by her grandma but as its design was too classic for her so she never had chance to wear it.  Her request was to make another ring with this jade but something more casual for her.

I had accepted it once but it was not easy as I thought, since this jade stone can make any design "classic" and "old-fashioned"...

Finally an idea occurred, which was to make a ring to go with OMNI Necklace/Bracelet (ref. the last pic.) that she bought from me before and wears it pretty often.

So this is how this ring was born! 

It is necessary to be careful with the chains to not get entangled when you put it, however once it is put, it fits very good on a finger.

I liked this design quite much, I'm thinking to make other rings like this with other kind of stones. :)

    Este anillo está hecho para MC, una amiga mía, ella me trajo un anillo antiguo de platino con la piedra de jade.  Me ha contado que esto era un anillo que le dejo su abuela, pero el diseño era demasiado clásico y no se lo puso nunca por eso.  Quería cambiar el diseño del anillo en algo más moderno para poder llevarlo ella.

He aceptado su solicitud pero no me fue nada fácil, porque con esta piedra de jade, a cualquier diseño le hace parecer "clásico" y "antiguo"...

Al final me ha ocurrido una idea, cual es hacer un anillo que va con OMNI Collar/Brazalete (vean la última foto) que me lo compró antes y se lo pone a menudo.

¡Así se ha nacido este anillo! 

Se necesita un poco de atención con las cadenas cuando lo pone para que no se enrede, pero cuando una vez está puesto se ajusta bien al dedo.

Me gustó mucho este anillo, estoy pensando de hacer otros anillos de mismo modelo con otras piedras. :)
